HOMEOPATHIC FORMULA:Each 4 gr. tablet contains:plant extract of PASSIFLORA1X Triple Strength (Passion Flower)AVENA SATIVA1X Double Strength (Oat) HUMULUS LUPULUS1X Double Strength (Hops)CHAMOMILLA 2X (Chamomile)

Directions: Adults: As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring. Repeat if needed without danger of side effects.Children: As a relaxant: 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.

Warnings: Do not use if imprinted cap band is missing or broken. If symptoms persist for more than seven days or worsen, consult a Health Care Professional.
