Supplement Facts for 800 mg Tablet Serving Size: 2 Tablets Amount %DV Calcium 29 mg 3% Proprietary Blend: Dong Quai Root Extract (4:1), Partridge Berry Aerial Parts, Cramp Bark Extract (4:1), Chaste Tree Berry Extract (10:1), Poria Sclerotium Extract (40% polysaccharides), Cyperus Rhizome Extract (4:1), and Ginger Root Extract (4:1). 1.6 g

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum and colloidal silicon dioxide.

Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Suggested Use: 2 tablets three times daily between meals. Take 2-3 days before menstruation, then stop taking during menstruation.
