NOW Foods 100% Pure Magnesium Chloride Flakes are an ideal natural bath additive for softening skin. Derived from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the world's purest remaining subterranean mineral sources, our pure magnesium flakes have traditionally been used to improve skin hydration, and make a soothing addition to bath water and foot baths. One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium. Helps skin in need of softening and hydration.

Suggested Usage and Storage: Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes.

Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult physician if taking medications (especially diuretics), or have a medical condition (especially a kidney, heart, or respiratory condition).
