Suggested Use: 2 teaspoons (10 mL) one hour before bedtime. Mix in a small amount of water before drinking, if desired. A second serving may be taken if needed.

Other Ingredients: purified water, grain alcohol (25-35%), vegetable glycerin, honey, and peppermint essential oil.
