Alvita Mullein Tea is made with premium-quality, organic mullein leaves and flowers, and produces a slightly astringent flavor and aroma.

Since the middle ages, herbalists have noted the emollient properties possessed by mullein (Verbascum thapsus) leaves and flowers and have traditionally used the herb to help soothe the respiratory system.*

PREPARATION: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 4 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend 3 cups daily.

Add sweetener if desired. Naturally caffeine free.
